For Unshipped Orders
Single Order
Log into your Joseph's account and then choose View Addresses. From there, you can edit, delete, or even add a second address to your account. If you do add a second address, be sure to set the address you use the most as the Default address.
Subscription Order
To change the address for a Subscription order, you must update it using the process below. If you do not use this process, it will be shipped to the existing address.
Go to your Account, select Manage Subscriptions. Then select Address and Shipping Information. From there you can update your Shipping or Billing Address. Please note that your Shipping Rate may update depending on the new location.
For Shipped Orders
Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, we will not be able to make any changes to the address. You will have to contact the delivery provider directly to update the address, and there may be an additional cost to do so.
