- Your name, address, email, and phone number
- Which product you are referring to, name and flavor if applicable.
- Store name and address of where you purchased the product, or your order number if you ordered from our Online Bakery
- The expiration/best by date on the front of the package, or on the bread clip at the top of the bag.
- The Julian date printed on the front of the package. It is a five-digit number, i.e. 22001. The first two numbers indicate the year: 22 is for 2022. The last three numbers indicate the day of the year of the 365 days of the year: 001 is January 1.
- Any photos of the product that can help us see what you are seeing
